90-Day Bag Guarantee — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the 90-Day Bag Guarantee (“Guarantee”) offered by Peak Performance Research™ (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). By purchasing and using our products, you (“Customer,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for the Guarantee

To qualify for the Guarantee, you must meet all of the requirements below:

1.1 Proof of Purchase

You must provide valid documentation showing that the product was purchased directly from:

  • BuildYourPeak.com
  • Peak Performance Research™
  • An authorized Peak Performance Research representative

Acceptable proof includes:

  • Order confirmation email
  • Receipt
  • Transaction ID
  • Screenshot of order history

Purchases made from unauthorized sellers, resellers, or third-party marketplaces are not eligible.

1.2 Proof of Consistent Use for 90 Days

Because dietary supplements require consistent use to achieve results, you must demonstrate that you:

  • Used the product daily for 90 consecutive days
  • Followed the recommended serving size and usage instructions
  • Completed the full 90-day usage period

Acceptable documentation includes, but is not limited to:

  • Dated progress photos
  • Usage logs or journals
  • Empty packaging
  • Screenshots from habit-tracking apps
  • Any reasonable evidence demonstrating daily use

The Company reserves the right to determine whether the submitted documentation is sufficient.

1.3 Proper Use of Product

The Guarantee applies only when the product has been used exactly as directed on the product label.

Failure to follow the usage instructions will void eligibility.

2. What the Guarantee Covers

If you meet all eligibility requirements and did not experience results, the Company will provide one of the following, at our sole discretion:

  • A replacement product of equal value, or
  • Store credit equal to the original purchase price

Cash refunds are not provided under this Guarantee.

3. Exclusions

This Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Products not used for the full 90-day period
  • Products not used as directed
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged items
  • Situations where the customer changed their mind or no longer wants the product
  • Products that were transferred, gifted, or resold

The Company reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet these Terms.

4. How to Submit a Guarantee Claim

To submit a claim, you must email:

Your email must include:

  1. Full Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Proof of Purchase
  4. Proof of 90-Day Consistent Use
  5. Explanation of how the product was used

Claims must be submitted within 10 days of completing the 90-day usage period.

5. Company Rights

The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate this Guarantee at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will not affect claims already submitted within the required timeframe.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability under this Guarantee is limited solely to the remedies described above.

No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
